Though a fairly new hotel the condition of it was disgusting. On arrival, 2 hours after check in time, room was not ready. Bathroom had hair in sink and shower as well as inside of towels. Feces in toilet bowl. Room smelled of dirty mop water. Brown crud in sink. You could tell the room was not thoroughly cleaned but given a quick passover. Asked for a new room and found it in same condition.

This is my favorite hotel. I travel a lot. You get real plates and utensils. Real glasses. Very clean and comfortable.

Spacious, clean room..friendly and helpful staff..difficult to access taxi/Uber in that area was the only downfall. Breakfast was amazing!

It was a nice stay. The workers were friendly. The rooms were nice. Dishes were still in the dishwasher when we got to our room. After the money I had to spend, I wondered why the dishes weren't put away. I wasn't about to clean up after anyone.

"3 Night Business Trip"

Our group stayed in a suite for 3 nights while in central Michigan for business. Each suite was extremely clean upon arrival and well supplied to meet our needs. The hotel staff were friendly. The free breakfast was excellent with enough variety to meet everyone's needs in the group. The only negative thing I could say about our stay was that housekeeping was non-existent. During our stay housekeeping never checked our room. We had a lot of trash buildup and could have used clean towels, washcloths, and a bathroom refresh each day. Overall the hotel met our needs and I would stay again. Pros: Very clean, hot breakfast, friendly staff, location, Cons: lack of housekeeping service.

Excellent staff, so friendly and accommodating, everyone from front desk to breakfast attendant to housekeeping. Rooms were clean & comfortable. It's a fairly new hotel, so everything is up to date. We enjoyed the fire pit area in the evening. Thank you for a nice stay!

Everything at the hotel is great as always with a home to home until breakfast time serving almost frozen food lady takes it back put it in the oven I'm waiting at least 12 15 minutes and then she says are you waiting for the bowl yes then she goes back to cleaning I wait five more minutes and leave on top of that she's using the dirty towel to wipe up the counters and wipe off the waffle machine
