USUS- Wonderful Staff. Every encounter with the staff, at the front desk and maintenance, was friendly and helpful. - Comfortable Units. The units are large with a comfortable living room, dining room, and bedrooms. The beds and furniture are good. - Great Views. Depending on your unit, you may have some great views of the resort or the nearby mountains.
- Parking. There is only one parking spot per unit, and very few extra spots, making it hard for guests. - TVs. Living room and all bedrooms have TVs, but they get limited stations, there are NO apps, and NO way to connect any other device like a DVD player or laptop. - Loud Music. Someplace in the Resort plays rock music all day, every day; it's loud and unwanted, but heard for a long distance. - Views at some "view" units have trees partially blocking the view. - Ants. Our unit had some ants, mainly by the sink. The grandkids had fun killing them, but there shouldn't have been ants. Maintenance left ant traps (at our request), which helped, but the unit needs a good spraying between stays.

Room not what I was expecting. Purchased a condo with a full kitchen and didn’t have a stove or oven. And tv didn’t work once again in living room.
Mattresses were so uncomfortable that we cut our trip short by 2 nights

USit was an a lot to do in the area, honestly you didn’t even have to leave the property. i liked it because it reminded as if i was home. Very very quiet and definitely clean !!! the staff was also friendly and helpful !!!
