USBeautiful resort, clean & spacious condo. Lots of activities for the family to enjoy. I recommend staying away from the timeshare presentation they offer guest.
I love this resort…sad that there was a pizza crust that was old under the couch.
the bed was hard, but all else was fine.
It wasn't our first stay at the resort, we've been going for many years and it's always been a very good time however this time before we left there was a death in our family. So for that reason alone this time things would be different. So we asked if we could change the dates on my sister's unit because it was her mother n law who had passed away. I feel like we got the run around and the end result was that we had to take the loss for the unit because we were told that it would be able to be done. This was without any real explanation as to why. We aren't sure of who dropped the ball but this was very disappointing. This time wasn't as enjoyable as other time before.
USSadly you can hear everything above you, no matter the time of day. The room was nice, pillows suck, bed not comfortable. Space was nice and big. Decent Mountain View. Over all property seems like a lot to do but additional costs.
