Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay by IHG

Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant…oof both the dinner buffet and breakfast the following morning, were perhaps the best buffet meals I have ever had. Amazing selection, all beautifully presented, everything was clean and fresh and high quality, it was really excellent. I would stay here just for the food. The room was amazing as well, I loved how spacious it was and the open concept/sliding doors bathroom. I wish I had more time to stay longer. The highlight of our brief time in Phu Quoc

Nothing, it was a great relief from some other issues we’d had at other points in our trip. This hotel was the highlight. I do wish the pool was open later than 7pm, as I hoped to swim after dinner but we missed it.

那邊的沙灘非常棒，沙子真的特別細很可惜沒有更多的時間待在那邊享受

浴缸的水是黃色的，而且裡面有雜質，但我晚上想要泡澡時放了兩次水，同時也將浴缸沖乾淨，但兩次浴缸裡面的水都是黃色的，而且還有很多雜質，住在非常高級的飯店裡面卻有這樣的體驗，讓我們覺得有點可怕

O hotel é simplesmente expectacular, os quartos são excelentes grandes, modernos e confortáveis o estilo é perfeito! O hotel moderno as instalações são ótimas a comida boa. A praia do hotel e linda super tranquila para as crianças, limpa …perfeita! Tem um ambiente super confortável, na hora do pôr do sol junta a piscina e o mar se cria um ambiente uma atmosfera perfeita 😍 Minha família adorou passar os dias no hotel, sem Dúvida um dos melhores hotéis onde passei férias! E um palavra para os funcionários que foram super amáveis e sempre pronto para ajudar 🔝

Pagar para uns insufláveis e um absurdo, mas…. não criticando, na minha opinião deveriam ser retirados porque quando são muitos na piscina encomodao, porque são grandes!

the resort was exceptional, the swimming pool area was so good and right on the beach, there with a separate pool for the kids, plenty of games to keep kids busy. The rooms were too notch and the food was amazing, this was our fifth hotel in Vietnam and the best by far, highly recommend it

Great location, staff very welcoming and they tried everything possible to make sure their guests enjoyed. I can’t say how much I really enjoyed but the only thing I want to say , they created my mind about how the Vietnamese people could be nice .

Cleaned, very good customer service,
