Very clean, great breakfast, good sized rooms, pool and beach area very nice. Toiletries provided.

A little out of the way but that could be a good or bad thing. Tuttle to grand world stops after 8:30pm

Perfect location, pristine beach and close enough to the Grand World and other attractions. The breakfast was fenomenal and the staff was great. The swimming pool, outdoor area and beach almost merge together to create a single experience. This is a great place for families with kids, with a well looked after kids room with plenty of activities for toddlers all the way to 8 years old kids.

There is only one restaurant option in the hotel and is a little expensive compared to other places we went to in Vietnam. If you stay 5 nights like we did, having lunch and dinner in the resort will get you a little tired of the menu.

Great place to stay in the northern part of the island. Everything was absolutely amazing. Last but not least, the supervisor Huan/Juan truly deserves some extra days off :) his hospitality, kindness, and dedication made our stay even more special.

We liked everything. The room, pools were beautiful, the breakfast, the service.

The lack of ac in the elevators and reception, and in the breakfast room sometimes it got a little bit hot but the food was very good.

"A very nice hotel with a beautiful beach and a relaxing atmosphere."

The beach was really great - clean sand, clear sea, and very comfortable free sunbeds. It was a nice place to relax and spend the day. The hotel area felt clean and well kept, and the breakfast was good with enough choice. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.

The only downside is the location if you want to walk to cafes or shops. It takes around 10 minutes on foot, and the road goes through an abandoned-looking area, which is not very nice, especially in the evening. It is possible to avoid this by taking a taxi.
