Ligger veldig sentralt i nord for å besøke sentrum, dyrepark, fornøyelsespark og div utflukter.

Synes det var litt kjedelig ved bassenget. Kunne vært litt mer på tilbudssiden de servitørene. Og kanskje litt musikk eller noe for å gjøre det litt hyggelig. I tillegg føles selve hotellet som en svær murkloss uten sjarm. Hadde forventet litt mer liv og ikke slik at man må kontakte resepsjonene etter kl 20 for å kjøpe en iskrem.

Excellent hotel near to attractions in north phu quoc. Great pool, superb beach, excellent staff, had a great view from the room, staff assisted in early check in,..no complaints

This is an luxury hotel, the room was clean and spacious. The beach is very beautiful which is close to the hotel.

The breakfast is only a 4-star level.

1.最令人驚豔的是整體的服務非常好，住宿期間遇到的員工都非常熱情，尤其對小朋友非常友善，也都盡力滿足我們的需求，給了我們非常非常好的體驗。s/o Amber餐廳的男服務生幫我們將餐點送到房間。 2.飯店內的食物非常棒，早餐選項很多而且好吃，每天早上都很期待吃早餐。住宿期間的晚餐也幾乎都在飯店內處理，吃了飯店內的兩間餐廳，品項大同小異但品質都很不錯。很開心每天都可以吃到新鮮水果，另外甜點真的很棒，非常推薦。 3.房間景色非常好，每天起床都可以直接看海，傍晚也可以看夕陽，非常適合坐在陽台看海放空。 4.房內空間包括浴室都非常大，可以好好地整理行李，小朋友也有足夠的空間可以活動。 5.飯店內設施豐富而且非常親子友善，我的小朋友非常喜歡兒童遊戲室，員工姊姊們都超級親切。 6.游泳池很不錯，就在沙灘旁邊風景很棒，而且也有淺水區可以帶著小孩在水邊玩一個下午。

1.有提供嬰兒床，但床本身有點簡陋，床墊建議可以更換成厚一點的。 2.餐廳提供的兒童椅，部分沒有安全綁帶。 3.房間整理每天的品質有些不一，其中有一天中午左右回房間時，發現房間完全沒整理過，似乎是我們沒有主動給小費的關係?

Very serene location and lovely well kept hotel. Amenities are in brilliant condition and the staff do their best to make your stay easy. We went with a 2&4 year old and the food spread at breakfast was great for them along with the in room and pool restaurant options. We spent most time in the pool and also maxed out on the beach which was absolutely pristine and idyllic.

There wasn't much we didn't like but something to be aware of is that is you are wanting to be in a high activity lively area this wouldn't be the best option. This is great for a tranquil beach/pool getaway. The hotel puts on a great shuttle service to grand world which is more the high activity area or you can easily grab there... But the vibe in this part of phu quoc is definitely more chilled to what you'd experience in the south. Saying that, it was perfect for our needs
