The restaurant sells good food, the room is big anough , great views and the pool is very nice. The horizon restaurant staff was very pleasant, Amy gave us great service, the chef and the manager were amazing.

The housekeeping staff really need to be supervised more closely. Every day, we had to request basic items after they had already serviced our room, such as water and fresh towels. What was more disappointing was that the room was not actually being cleaned. They would simply make the bed and leave without cleaning the bathroom or other areas. The shower pressure was also very poor, and because of the way the shower is designed, it requires a bit of cleaning after use. Unfortunately, this was consistently overlooked, and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. While we were able to do this, it really shouldn’t be necessary when you’re on vacation. At the very least, we expected to return to a properly cleaned room each day. At one point, our room key cards also stopped working, and the hotel had to call a technician to repair the door lock. We had to wait outside while they opened the door, and once it was unlocked, we were left waiting with the door wide open while around five people worked on fixing it. It was quite inconvenient and not a very pleasant experience, especially while trying to enjoy our stay.

Was very quiet but we loved it. Walk into the lush beach and enjoy the sound of the sea and relax. Pool was great and kids loved it. Room was great size for family of 4 and we had great view of the sea. Loved that the hotel was on its own away from the others. Surrounded by green and peaceful

Not the hotels fault but there was quite a bit of rubbish wash up from the sea. They do clean up the hotel section but I thought a lot missed. Attendant on the beach didn’t seem to do much throughout the day so thought that could have been done by them. I managed to fill a sack I found on the beach and a fish box full with bottles and rubbish. Such a shame because the beach was nice and it wasn’t like you saw loads of rubbish normally. Like I said, not the hotels fault but thought they could help to combat it more. Also, plastic bottles in the rooms? I thought we were past that. Especially considering I picked up 20 on my beach clean up.

Great resort! Pool facilities are insane. Breakfast is amazing. Super Kids friendly. It was low season so very little guests, super peaceful.

Operating hours are not great, pool closes at 7pm, as we are far away of the main town, it sort of defeats the purpose. We had little issues with the stay (reservation, rooms, etc) which were all addressed tho. The hotel is quite big and there is only one lift on the beach front side, which can be frustrating.

The best hotel during our vacation in Vietnam. Huge, modern. Large, spacious and clean rooms. Amazing food at breakfast and in the restaurants. Large, well-maintained area. Impressive pools and beach. Good location on the island, close to Grand World, you can walk or take a very cheap taxi. Only good memories.

It's just that we wanted to stay longer. I hope we'll come back again someday. I wish you the best of luck.
