Mr Sahdeep (house keeping department) I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate one of your housekeeping team members for the exceptional service he provided. During my time here, he was consistently humble, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Every request I had no matter how small was handled promptly and with a genuine willingness to assist. His positive attitude and dedication to his work truly stood out and made my experience much more comfortable and pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and attentiveness. His efforts did not go unnoticed, and I believe he deserves recognition for the excellent service he delivers. I would request the hotel staff to convey this to him. Thank you for maintaining such high standards through team members like him.

I recently stayed at the Gateway Hotel on Sindhu Bhavan Road from April 13th to 15th, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. True to the Taj group's legacy, the hospitality here is extraordinary. Right from the start, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and welcoming. A major highlight of my stay was the restaurant experience, which was truly awesome. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Simran, Ritu, Puja, Yash, Babli, and the restaurant in-charge. They put their heart into their work and go above and beyond to take care of the guests. What truly set this stay apart was my last day. Simran reached out to me with a beautiful surprise—a special farewell cake arranged exclusively for me on behalf of the hotel. It was such a touching gesture that made my trip incredibly memorable. I have attached a photograph of the wonderful team who made this happen. Even though I couldn't figure out the names of four of the people in the picture, my heartfelt thanks go out to the entire team. I will remember the Gateway forever for this amazing warmth and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Rooms were well maintained—special thanks to Neelesh. Babli from the restaurant was very sweet, and both Krupal from the staff and Santosh at reception were very kind and helpful. I do wish the AC remote allowed temperature control instead of only preset modes.

A bit below expectation. The rooms are nice but food is average. Room service does not provide proper utensils and we have to share cups.The housekeeping is average. We had utensils uncleared after 2 days. There is no directory in the room for phone numbers or a laundry basket or price sheet. Does not remind me of a Taj brand.

Polite staff, clean rooms, good food. Mukesh ji (the bellboy) is very sweet and helpful. The breakfast is good but can be a little better. Amenities are quite nice. Location is convenient too. They have accommodated early check ins for me too.
