The food quality at Aura was really exquisite. The service and ambience also made our anniversary really special! Would recommend. North Indian continental food was really good. Excellent people who make your stay comfortable. i have stayed here multiple times. But recent stays i can see lots of changes in people working and their response. Purva, Sathi and other front office team are great in handling the guest. Abhay from house keeping, person from hyderabad in room service Bacharang in security do a wonderful job. Laundry can be still be improvised. Overall had a great stay . Keep it going

Brijesh Kumar and Sushil and Navin did a very good job with cleaning our room and was very polite when cleaning up, they were very calm when talking to other people and were very thorough with their job, making sure not to miss a single spot, very good job.
