Standard room is very tiny

Beautiful hotel situated in Alacati, Izmir. The staff are ever so kind! We spent a day by the pool with my friends and had great snacks and drinks - I loved it. I had a great stay; I will come again!

I stayed for a week and was having issues with the shower as a large amount of water escaped onto the bathroom floor, creating a mess.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were wonderful and the hotel is beautiful and charming. The breakfast was an impressive and tasty spread with attentive service. Very relaxing pool as well. Definitely recommend!

Nothing to report here. We did have trouble paying via credit card because a PIN was required (which I did not have set up). That's not an issue with this hotel, it happens sometimes when abroad anywhere so I just recommend setting your credit card PIN before you leave (mine took a few days to set).

We love this hotel for its convenience (family of 4), the pool, service and location (it's just on the edge of town, making it easy to walk in and out and avoid the noise during the night.

I liked the personel. Very kind people, very helpfull. I didnt like the rooms( the bed was shaking alot, pillows were bad) Alot of noises came from Turkish(german) guests in the night. Sometimes i heard people talking around 03:30 am….. You cant park your own car here, you need to Drive behind some streets(which are the most of time full) Also The prices of food were very high..

staff was kind but not able to handle the situation with the over-crowding. they were helpful with taxi/transfers.

too much noise day and night due to kids mainly. breakfast is mediocre although alacati may offer various fresh and good quality food in relatively cheap price. below average olives, cold eggs and fried pastries served. incredibly bad tomatoes especially for mediterrenean standards. Breakfast tables are extremely small to fit in even for 1 person. If you can’t handle serving breakfast for all guests just don’t include that in your price and we don’t come with an expectation of a proper turkish breakfast. and again breakfast place are full of kids and babies running around to bother you while you are eating. they should definitely considering booking less people for the amount of space they have or just make it adult only so people can have decent time.

Even though we were shown to a very old and small room initially the staff was flexible to change it to a better one (as seen on the booking photos). When we wanted to order a taxi to a beach club we were offered to drive with their relative and we thought that it was a cheaper option. With a normal commercial taxi that place was costing 170 turkish lira, but we him we paid 350… I would have appreciated to be informed about this extreme overcharging in advance. Breakfast was very average. You need to pay for a basic coffee. And compared to many other hotels they dont offer simit which we were really looking forward to for that price.
