Location is perfect, 5 mins away from the centre, really nice breakfast, really nice vibes in the garden. Overall, very clean. Lovely cats in the garden. The facility has nice lovely vibes.

Check-in was incredibly awkward? They didn't know we were coming? They asked me so many questions as they didn't have any details, I asked if they knew the details they said yeah but I highly doubt it. The payment machine wasn't working, so I had to pay later. It was just very weird & they still managed to put us in the wrong room (bear in mind there were no other guests when we arrived) There was only 2 other guests in the hotel during the duration of our stay but they still put us to the "wrong" room - they could've easily kept us there, as there were plenty of rooms available, but they still wanted us to change. They gave us the literally worst room (yes, we paid for the standard room - but they could've upgraded you know? as a gesture and the hotel was not busy in the slightest) So I'm not saying they HAD to do that, but it's about being a nice host and treating your guests for future loyalty. And they asked me to pay in cash? I said no and they kind of needed to ask their manager? (this was not agreed at all, and the manager said there was a mistake on the website? but at the end we paid with the card)

Hotel wasn’t like what it was in the pictures. And reviews are all fabricated.

Friendly staff and excellent location just a short walk from old town and it’s many restaurants, etc.

The shower wasn’t great.
