Great experience. Close to nature. Very immersive while 100% comfortable

Staff, game ranger and food

Breakfast was delicious with a choice of continental or a cooked option. Plenty of choice across the board. A lovely light lunch was also served every day. Dinner was delicious, but one night we felt rather cold eating outside. The lighting was limited with only lamps, but this did add to the atmosphere. The game drives were wonderful with Chris. He was a knowledgeable safari ranger who used his tracking skills to ensure we got the best out of every drive into the bush. Wonderful.

Perhaps a choice of eating dinner indoors rather than the expectation that it would be served outside.

Staying in tent number 1, it was a bit too close to the kitchen so you can hear the staff late at night

We had loadshedding which had a negative impact on our stay

Lovely setting overlooking water Food generally of good quality Nice and quiet location No kids allowed Some good sightings of rhino and elephant

Gas shower was problematic... Pool was not ready for use (my wife even started cleaning it) Steak on one dinner was inedible Attention to some details lacking ( eg not enough coffee cups, toaster not on for breakfast, forgot coffees) Expected more experienced guide and more sightings for premium price
