“Limited” offering hotel with poor front desk staff

The size of the room

The shower head, the water pressure and the shower head option were not good, The shower also leaked during the night hitting the drain making noise throughout the night randomly. The comfort of the bedding and pillows, the smoke detectors light flashing on the wall. The option at breakfast was not of expectation, orange juice was watered down.

We booked two rooms for out of town family so they could attend High School Graduation. The rooms were clean, well furnished, and of good value. Great job Hyatt Place! The Hilton hotels in the area were over priced for this county wide event.

Clean and peaceful overnight stay at Hyatt Place in Murfreesboro. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the wifi worked well, was easy to connect to, and casting to the TV was easy and painless. Great quality for the price.

My husband and I like staying at Hyatt Hotels. We know what to expect before walking in the door. Seldom are we disappointed. Staff are accommodating and helpful, many times without asking. Rooms are always exactly as requested. It’s a win win!

The staff is outstanding and the rooms were meticulously cleaned! The hotel is conveniently located near great eateries. It's a simple hotel, but the supporting staff make the stay a comfortable experience.
