"Horrible! Mold, Mildew and Misfits"

The poor bartender is the only individual with charger and integrity.

The expedient was horrible. The highest priced hotel in the area but with no kitchenette and no story staff. So a surgery patient with medical supports in my bags was being strangers for help. Moreover, the carpets smell like mold and mildew and I had to leave after 1 night though booked for 5. They were so offended they tried to fraudulently charge me $750 for one night. Thankfully, Booking.com was clear their actions were no where in their policy and I was owed the $750 and provided the documentation for the fraud case with my bank.

Close to so many restaurant's to walk too.

We were there 4 nights and they only brought us clean towels 1 day and never made the bed or cleaned the room.

"Did not have a pleasant stay"

We booked two queen beds 5 weeks in advance and upon arrival only got 1 queen with a fold out bed. They said they were booked up and couldn't change. This resulted in my granddaughter getting a bad nights sleep after driving 6 hours. Will not book Hyatt again
