Palazzo al Carmine

Very smart and modern. Good bed- very comfortable. Owner arranged transport to airport for us.

No kettle in our room so had to use a pan to boil water for tea. Also no tea bags, although they were provided in other rooms. No shampoo in container.

Wonderful room! We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a lovely balcony with great views. Great location, so close to the center. Very clean and spacious.

Chambre propre, la terrasse est vraiment génial, par contre aucun service ce sont des 3 appartement sans réception. Les poubelles du précédent occupant n'avait pas été vidé dommage. Plein de petites attentions (eau, capsule Nespresso, sachet de thé)

One of the most comfortable stays we had in Sicily, the only issue is that it’s hard to park the car and access the place but the whole of Monreale seems that way

Nothing just the location

We arrived with high expectations, and the room itself is beautiful, well decorated with a great sound system.

It is not mentioned that the room is on the ground floor, on the street. the street noise is loud. You also hear every door open, people going up and down the stairs, very noisy. In the room there is no real window, and no way to dry swimsuits. Maybe this accommodation is more suitable for a winter vacation. The host was not very available to respond and did not take care of a request we made. We were quite disappointed.
