Good size, great location

it’s obvious that the owner outsources their customer service. we were told that shortly before arrival we would receive check in instructions; we didn’t, and it took over 1 hour waiting outside the building for a customer service agent to finally get us the code to get inside the building. and THEN, they disconnected the call before they verified we got inside because then we needed ANOTHER code to access the room, so rinse wash and repeat that terrible process. no phone number to call, and it takes them at least 10 minutes to respond to your original question. we ended up missing dinner reservations because of this nonsense. also, no bedside tables, and bird feces on the window.

I reserved an apartment of 517 sq ft at Jacques Felix 601 and I was sent to other building 4 blocks away and was put in an studio of 333 sq ft at Bueno Brandao 382( very noisy half block from avenida Santo Amaro). I requested to Booking.com to refund me at least the difference in prices that is us$150.00 for the week.

very few kitchen appliances and tools, no gym and no parking

comfortable bed, good shower

the cushions (not pillows, the cushions) were not clean and smelled like someone slept there and drooled all over it and it wasnt cleaned. It was very disgusting. The support for shampoo etc in the shower is poorly installed and does not work.

TV remote control with no bateries, shower liking water over the bathroom, mattress too soft, no parking available. too expensive for what is offered.
