Worse experience ever! The bedroom door had a broken handle we couldn’t access the room we had to live the premisses asap bc nobody from Charlie answered to sort our issue and it was 12am! No front desk to give us support when needed .

apartment code was send through on whatsapp at checkin time, excellent location, the view is amazing, the building has a pleasant smell.

gym facility is not much, and the jacuzzi is also on the lean side, there is no toilet brush available in the apartment, soms of the closet shelves could have been clean beter.
