Location: quiet atrever in the middle of the Vila Nova Conceicao. Close (10min walk) from Parque Ibirabuaera Facilities: apt brand new, recently revovated

Facilities: apt is VERY SMALL. Since it has a kitchen, you have a large refrigerator just next your bad, what can be noisy. Customer Service & Flexibility: there is NO flexibility at all. Customer Service do show any effort to accommodate any request. I needed to checkout 40’ after the checkout time, because I did not have where to live my luggage. my request was denied and even 1 minute before the checkout time, the cleaning personal entered the room w/o knocking (I was still inside, dressed thankfully). I left 5 minutes later and there was nobody waiting to clean the room, meaning they could easily accommodate the request to leave 40’ late

Nothing similar to the pictures. dirty walls. Absolutely small No body ready to help for anything The operator answer the phone but the only speak Portuguese. Not Spanish, not English. For the price it was a very bad decision

Fiquei 4 diárias no Jacques Felix e foi uma ótima experiência. Localização excelente, o quarto superior é muito confortável e de tamanho excelente para duas pessoas. Não cheguei a aproveitar a estrutura do prédio, mas é tudo muito limpo e organizado. A região é silenciosa então pude dormir com qualidade. Recomendo demais.
