The service, it is as automated as possible, hence it is a nightmare to get help when needed. If you need to talk with an actual person say “Estou na portaria” in the Portuguese options, hope this can save you some time if you book with them

location is good. customer service is fast on the whatsapp but some things they need to call someone to fix and can be done just next day.

hot water didn't work for 3 days of 6 days stay. they asked to send videos about it but soon after would work by itself. bedroom didn't had shades when I came but they fixed on the same day.

I got back at 1:30am, the door code didn't work and they took 1:30hs to get me a new one. And then it happened on the next day, again ! Besides that, they first gave me a room with no shades or curtains. saying it was good to go. After 2 hours they gave me a better room. Never going back to this place that treats the guest so terribly.

From the get go communication was an issue. Hotels had not sent me a confirmation number, Charlie didn’t have me as a guest. When everything was clear, I arrived but they had never sent me any codes to enter or apt number, nothing, after 1hr and thanks to the person at the front desk, I was able to get into the apt. The building is very secured, but they never gave me any kind of keys or code to enter the main entrance. Every time I returned to the building I had to call through intercom, and depending on who was on the other side it could have been an easy name and apt number, or a long list of questions like what’s the stamp the 10th page of your passport, beyond ridiculous. The apt was ok, as soon as I walked in there was a distinct odor, one of the windows did not have blinds or curtains so it was hard to sleep with the bright lights coming into the room. Also the airplanes noise, all day and night, every minute or so, very loud and not ideal after arriving from a 12hrs+ trip. The building is well located, the neighborhood is top neighborhood in São Paulo. Very safe walkable, there are stores, spas, studios, restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance.

The check in service , working out the entry procedures, trying to extend my stay, etc was HELL. Everything has to be done through whatsapp and everything took ages: For example: I extended my visit but they did not extend the facil recognition at the main door.As a result,I came back from lunch and I had to wait 40 minutes outside, 34 C grades, wanting to go to the bathroom , until they solved it. And If I had no phone at hand? I would have been left with no solution. If I had to get a plane: I would have lost it. And that`s not the only problem I got with the service, also when I wanted to extend my stay, another hour on the phone, twice!. I wouldnt recomend this company- room operator( Charlie)

The room was nice

- I did the Booking but the apartament was occupied, then support assign me another apartament - The bathroom light was not working
