It was close walk to the the bars and so forth

Room was too small and it and bathroom didn’t have a door

The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly.

The coffee bar closed way too early. :(

McCabe was awesome!! He helped us with parking and our bags and gave us plenty of options to explore Wilmington. Well done, Sir!!

Beautiful hotel and walking distance to the downtown area! Paul and McCabe at valet were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcomed! They were the best. Also, the rooftop bar has amazing views at sunset. A great stay!

running the Wilmington Marthon which is why I stayed here. all food and sight seeing was within walking distance for me and my family. Loved the view from the room of the battle ship and the rooftop dinner we had was amazing!

Parking. There is little to no parking here and you are almost forced to utilize the valet service due to Best Inn having the other 3/4 of the parking lot for their hotel. In addition you had to pay to park if you didn't just get the valet service unless you could find a spot at the hotel

This is a really great hotel, genuinely. I looked at a ton of places and reviews before making the decision to book here and I am telling you, you will not be disappointed. Even after you read reviews I know it’s still hard to know for sure if you are making the right decision but in this case you are. :-) The customer service really stands out here. Pay the extra $5 for valet- McCabe is amazing if you happen to have him help you with your car. I mean that whole heartedly. He is out there hustling hard to get those cars parked and brought back timely for folks. When we came out for dinner I literally saw him sprinting around the parking lot. You can just tell he cares about doing a good job and being a good human and it shows. I was so blown away by his amazing demeanor and A+ customer service. He was the 1st person who we interacted with at the hotel and it really set such a positive tone for our stay. Then we went in the front door and were greeted and checked in by Ella who was also fantastic. Whoever is hiring these people is really making sure they hire people who excel at customer service. It’s been awhile since I’ve had across the board great interactions at the hotel. Then, the room.. we walked in and it smelled very clean and was very clean. The view of the river was great as you can see from the picture. AND I feel like it’s important to mention this because I always look for someone’s feedback on it. The beds are VERY comfortable and I’m picky about that. If you want a great place to stay, you can stop reading reviews at this one, and go ahead and book it!
