Room was warm and clean, there was mould on net curtains. Corridors did have a Oder and were very cold.

Manager/owner inflexible on breakfast/dinner i.e. we didn't get either. Had same room for 2 days but with different guest, declined to change the bedding

We always stay here when we’re visiting family. Was a work based trip this time

Bathroom needs upgrading

The staff were very nice. The rooms are clean plus they are very dog friendly onsite. Bar/restaurant was very dog friendly as well.

There is an extra charge for dogs to stay.

Breakfast was fresh and hot

No food that was a little awkward we used facilities at Longwood and ate in our room carpet could have been hoovered and heating put on but on whole positive 3xpwrience good value and beautiful forest outside

Easy clean relaxed

We only had the breakfasts and drinks at the bar but the food was extremely good. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
