Bedroom and bed was clean.

Arrived to locked doors, unmanned reception so had to call a mobile number and let ourselves in and collect a key from the table. Terrible smell in lobby, old sofas and carpets. Room was very dated, old fashioned. Bathroom ceiling falling off and mould all around the bath. Just all very old and needing a lot of work. Breakfast was an expensive continental with very cheap produce. Also given gone off oat milk!

Stayed several times now. Nice and central. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Quiet. Good food.

Staff were really friendly, room was clean, warm and comfortable. What more could one ask? :)

This must be my umpteenth review for this place. It’s clean, needs a revamp and the staff are lovely.

Great value stay. Super friendly staff. Beautiful setting and property has lots of character. Cosy bar and restaurant area. Spacious clean room with comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Lovely location….. the host was very accommodating, allowing us to keep our room for a few hours longer to get changed for a christening we were attending. We had our evening meal here on the Saturday evening, lovely home cooked food with a varied. Staff were attentive and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again!
