チェックイン時間に清掃が終わっていなかった。清掃を早めるかチェックイン時間を遅くするかした方がいい。

You can hear everything through the walls. I was woken up at 4 the second night and just before midnight the second by other guest. Bring ear plugs, I could hear the guests in the room next to mine snoring :/

I would avoid staying here. Price was attractive but there are other places in Guanajuato in the same price range. Bad location (not only the fact you have to climb loads of stairs) but also it's not a nice part of town. Very steep stairs in the house, stained sofa facing a broken wardrobe and the room smelled like urine. Very bad experience.

Amazing view from both the room and the rooftop! Comfortable bed and good wifi, central location, nice staff.

It’s a lot of hills and stairs to get there, didn’t bother us with our backpacks but it’s not suitable if you have trouble walking or carry a big suitcase

It’s really reasonable price. The view from the room is absolutely amazing even though you have to go up for 140 stairs. The staff is kind and quick responding through the WhatsApp. There is a shared kitchen on the ground floor.

The house is quite old, also I found some hairs in the shower room before I use. There was hot water for just first 5 minutes.
