Leavenworth Local Hotel

I already submitted my complaint. Hotel Staff was unprofessional.They did not know how to use their computer and lied about my refund and about emailing me as requested. Rooms smelled like sewage and rooms were not ada accessible and fire hazards. Rooms are located in a basement with only one way in and out. Staff acknowledged these concerns and verbalized that these have been issues that they are aware of.

Location, the bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had a dishwasher, they put fresh bath towels in our room every day.

Our room had a smell of sewer, the floor in our room and the little room that you go through to get to our room and the hallway to the front desk were dirty. The shower head totally sucked. If you were a little kid , it would be great. There were dishes still in the dishwasher. And the grab in go breakfast… I don’t know why you even call it that. The main issue is, either you match the photos you have on your website or change the photos to what you actually have.

Bed bugs do bite!

Lowest cost room featured on Bookings.com was very poor. Basement and no windows. But was not featured in the pictures. We upgraded and the new room was fine.

Fun gym area. Good breakfast. Building was interesting.
