Room 701 (Suite Room) has excellent view.
Stench smell in the room which is unbearable with people who have sensitive nose / allergies. Review by previous guests never mention about this which lead us to book this property. Been asked to pay at property. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.

"An amazing location and a beautiful and vibrant path the town"

The location of the property was amazing and we had the sky room which was the penthouse room right at the very top which was amazing value for money. Incredible view of the night market and the time with a beautiful bathroom and huge bed.
We understood that the shuttle term from the airport was free and complimentary from the hotel however we were a bit surprised to have to pay for this when we got to the airport. They should’ve been made clear we only just had enough money! Also this hotel doesn’t take cards which is unusual for a larger hotel.

Very convient location with excellent furniture, good comfy facility, strong wifi and high affordability. Walkable to other town center stores and locations. Amazing bird eye view of Phu Quoc Night Market too. Ease of access to nearby VinBus Line 17 & 19 as well.
A bit too little toothpaste. Receptionist may need to stay at reception more often.
