The hotel was very fresh and modern. I had booked another hotel for my visit but when I arrived it was so unmodern and not as the picture so this hotel was a last min booking and since ut was cheaper then my first booking I did not expect so much out of it. But I was so surprised how nice the hotel was and in such a good location! Recommend it!

We were scammed. We booked and paid for two rooms with a view and balcony for four nights. Upon checking in around 7 PM, we immediately noticed several issues. The towels provided were filthy, appearing brown and unsanitary. When I requested clean towels, the hotel manager informed me that all their towels were the same. Additionally, the rooms we were given did not match our booking—they had no windows or balconies. Dissatisfied, we informed the manager during check-in that the accommodations were unacceptable and decided to check out the following morning. Despite notifying them of these issues, the hotel charged my card for all four nights, claiming the payment was non-refundable. This was extremely unfair and unprofessional, considering the rooms did not align with what we booked.
