Air conditioner not working properly

Overall just lacking in conmfort

Location the hotel is very clean

Great location near the nite market. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The room we booked had some issues. The elevator didn’t go all the way up to our level so we had to walk up a flight of stairs with heavy luggages and the first nite we had no hot shower. Otherwise it was a nice room. No close access to the beach.

The hotel and rooms are quite new, spacious and clean

The staff doesn’t really speak English, apart few standard sentences they are not really able to answer other questions (and about simple topics concerning our stay in the hotel). communicating with google translate is not really professo on al nowadays. We extended our booking by two days, our current rooms were not available (fair enough) and we got offered two “deluxe” rooms for 250000 VND more, we accepted but both the rooms were smaller and in mine even the bathroom and shower were smaller Just to be clear, the rooms were still fine, but we paid 33% more to get smaller rooms without any extras. I wonder what is their criteria to define “deluxe”.
