Susukino Granbell Hotel

Location is perfect, really close to the subway and bus station to airport. The Hotel provides various of tea bags and shampoos, body lotion, it’s very convenient.

They cleans rooms three days a row, but it’s not a big deal for me. I hope they have drinking machine or can provide bottles of water everyday.

コンビニなど追加での買い物に困らなかった

お手洗いでトイレットペーパーが取りにくく腰を痛めそうだった

Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, liked the amenities and the tea

First time I stayed the room was great, but after quick road trip I came back to stay an extra night and the bathroom of the new room and a bit of mouldy smell

The hotel is located at a good location. Super value for money as the room is spacious and beautiful. I want to give a shout-out to their housekeeping staff and Yamabe who helped to keep my husband’s ring when we checked out and arranged for delivery to our Kyushu as we were flying off on that day. Yamabe even called our next accommodation and provided very clear and updates. Super impressed by this top-notch service!
