Convenient location with newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. The staff were friendly. Even though they cleaned the rooms every three days, they still provided you with fresh towels daily.

The room could do with a clock and perhaps a mirror with good lighting so you can get ready if the bathroom is being used. The washer-dryer in one also requires additional time to dry clothes. You’re better off going to a laundromat.

THe location is superb—just a 5-minute walk to shopping and very close to the subway with many food options nearby. The room was also clean and tidy.

The housekeeping policy is quite restrictive as the cleaning schedule is entirely determined by the hotel, which I found inconvenient." I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel restaurant. The receptionist was extremely impatient and displayed a hostile attitude. When I took a moment to verify my room number, the staff made a loud clicking sound with their tongue (tsk-ing) to show annoyance. Instead of being helpful, the staff shoved a pen at me with an annoyed expression, signaling me to write the number myself. This level of rudeness is unacceptable, especially in Japan.
