You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. An HDMI cord and Chromecast are provided for streaming.

Todo. La cama comodísima. El apartamento es mejor que en las fotos. Todo muy limpio. Nuevo. Con detalles. Fantasía.

El ruido de las obras. Pero sin más por poner un pero.

Good size apartment , everything you need supplied .

Would be better if the 2 bedrooms were fully enclosed as it’s almost like 1 room . More seating in the lounge area .

"Séjour à Montréal agréable et bien localisé"

La localisation est proche du métro, du centre ville et du vieux port. L’appartement est bien équipée avec un plus pour les machines à laver/sèche linge. L’arrêt du bus pour l’aéroport est à côté.

Malheureusement nous avions la vue sur des travaux et les bruits qui vont avec.

Good location, very clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff member

Construction work at the back street woke us up at 6am on our first day there. Road work at the front made it impossible to park the car anywhere temporarily to unload our luggage when we first got there. If not for these reasons, it would been a 10 out of 10.

"Very Good"

Location was quite good.

Furniture was dirty, had to change room because we had a mouse in the first one, 2 hours before checkout they send me saying rhe late check out I booked 4 days ago had a pending payment.
