Please inform Sonder Gare Saint Denis in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. An HDMI cord and Chromecast are provided for streaming.

"I will consider to rent a different types hotel."

Big space, clean.

The bed is a little too soft for me. There is no staff. No place to put your luggage for extended time.

"Really great place; some small issues"

Location perfect. Room was really good with all necessary amenities. My second using Sonder; will definitely use again, but see below…

- the view (really dirty side alley); had to keep blinds closed the whole time - Couldn’t figure out how to just watch TV on the TV, so never used - some ongoing beeping sound from Washer/dryer area. Every half hour, beeep. Woke me up occasionally.

"This site gets high marks for convenience walkability and cleanliness with two metro close to it."

Easy to walk to cafes shops and culture. Metro stations close by. Code entry was convenient entry and room were emaculent. Kitchen and bath had everything we needed.ear plugs were a great idea.

There's a problem with a large amount of garbage piled directly below the windows including people rummaging through it. We kept the blinds closed because of it. We were warned of the construction next door so overlooked it.

"Laut & Baustelle vor der Tür"

Baustelle direkt vor der Tür, ab 6 Uhr morgens Lärm. Dreckige Fenster. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein großes Krankenhaus, daher kommen gelegentlich Einsatzfahrzeuge mit Sirene. Aus dem Dunstabzug über dem Herd ertönt ein permanentes, lautes Rauschen. Wir haben dies reklamiert, ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter kam am nächsten Tag und sagte uns, dies sei „normal“. Darum gebe es Ohrstöpsel. Schlafen konnte man so leider kaum. Weitere Rückfragen wurden vom Vermieter ignoriert.

Le logement est très bien situé. Il était très propre, bien décoré, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Je recommanderai sans problème

Il fallait constamment fermer les rideaux du fait que la baie vitrée donnait sur un emplacement en travaux avec les ouvriers

Unterkunft war neu eingerichtet.

Baustelle vor der Tür, hier wurde ab 06:30 gearbeitet, hier wäre eine vorherige Mitteilung wünschenswert, ggf. auch ein nachträglicher kleinere Erstattung Zimmer waren nach oben, Ein Zimmer dabei ohne Fenster
