The staff at this hotel were exceptional. Cannot praise them enough on how friendly and helpful they were. Everything else was excellent including the location. Would 100% stay again.

"Architectural gem"

Beautiful historic building. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Great central location.

Check in staff not friendly. I thought parking was included but at check in they said you either had to pay for valet parking or park on the street (metered).

the hotel was historic and really nice. the staff was great.

The breakfast had issues - 1 over easy eggs came out sunny side up, 2 - for home fries they used french fries Payment issues - i paid on booking.com and the hotel charged me again. i still have a double charge on my credit card

"Perfect location for having to go to the PPL center, the restaurants had amazing food, not really anywheres to shop, the"

The property was very clean and the staff were very nice! I had no idea going in that we were being given a whole suite which was a pretty great shock. They also use key entry to get onto your room floor from the elevator for a security feature which I loved!

It was very windy when we stayed, the windows with the wind are very loud. It almost sounded like someone was trying to break in through the window in the middle of the night.
