"Very pleasant facility, beautiful"

I had not been prepared for the need to use the valet parking; that plus a tip added to our cost. But we had been given a free upgrade to a two-bedroom queen suite, with living room and kitchen, which was impressive and comfortable.

Things were quiet except for the neighbor. I had to pound on the wall at 2 AM because the TV was on so loud that my white noise machine could not drown it out. The heating was rather uneven; the room was cold at first and raising the temp worked ok, but by morning it was as cold again as when we arrived and I had to raise the temp even higher to get it to come on.

"Americus Hotel"

The atmosphere of the hotel is early 20th century. It’s a great balance between showing the history of the building while having today’s amenities. The room I had was large. It had its own living area, dining area and small kitchen. It was fantastic. The hotel is in the area of the center city and is within walking distance to the PPL Center and music halls. A very nice place.
