"Noisy and no sleep"

Terrible. Room 503 backed up to elevator bank and was like trying to sleep next to freight train. Elevators need servicing. Hotel should not assign people into the room line until elevators are fixed serviced or insulated for sound. Also. Hotel is dingy and sad.

We needed a hotel close to the Bethlehem area, and this hotel did not disappoint. It was so pretty, had a big room, and the price was great. Thank you, we will come back again!

"I froze all night in my room"

The bar and the staff

My husband and I froze all night after I went to the front desk and they supposedly raised the temperature. Also the tv did not work and only played music on one station
