The location was just where we needed to be for what we wanted

The place was dirty, dated and in need of TLC. Our room had a broken headboard, damaged side table, slats missing out of blinds, wallpaper peeling off wall, dirty skirtings, marks on doors and walls, a broken curtain held up by string!! A shower that didn't produce hot water and a shower tray that filled up as the water ran. Absolutely awful!! and my parents room was above next doors karaoke room so loud pounding music was heard till 11ish, there room was also as disappointing as ours. Someone needs to inspect these premises!!! Nothing like the pictures advertised

I’m not one to ever complain but the Shower didn’t work the head of the shower was cracked and the water couldn’t get though it was one of them shower heads with little balls in when I tried to look for a member of staff I couldn’t find one I then called the number which was on the front door it kept going to voicemail. I couldn’t wash my son or myself the water in the sink tap trickled out and we couldn’t even wash ourselves with it the bathroom was full of dust around the skirting board the only thing good about the place was that it was quiet at night there’s far to many rooms for the hotel you can’t fit 2 people in the bathroom at once the place was very run down and dusty

Good value for money! The host even facilitated a late (after midnight) check-in for me, leaving a key in a safe place.

Very basic facilities. Everything worked and the shower was great. There was toilet roll, and a towel, but no soap or bathroom mirror. Brilliant for a cheap and cheerful stay, which is what I needed. Not good if you're looking to spend any time in the room beyond a good night's sleep.

The area of Blackpool. It's always a nice area to stay.

The room was disgusting. My vape dropped down the side of the bed when I went to retrieve it there was sweet wrappers, crisps wrappers, food, a dog collar and disgusting marks and dust on the skirting board.i removed the covers from the bed and the mattress was disgusting. It was that bad I left and paid to stay somewhere clean for the rest of my trip! Absolutely shocking would never book again!! I was told the room was freshly cleaned before I entered. While I was lay on the bed relaxing after first arriving someone walked in to my room, they apologised then heard them say you didn't tell me anyone was staying in there. Shocking behaviour and being a solo female made me uneasy, after finding the dirt and grime I left. BEWARE!
