Breakfast room was locked for breakfast 😋 rang the bell, knocked on the doors no answer. The plugs behind the television were hanging off the wall I couldn't make a cup of tea or watch television it was too dangerous 😳

Very noisy location Main door to get in wasn’t secure lock loose and key kept not working .

Nothing

It was dirty , you had to phone a number when arriving for someone to come give you the key when entering the room it was dirty smell like damp curtains wasn’t even opened from previous people

Clean tidy, great value for money

Walking distance from the beach. Street parking in front between 6pm - 8am. Very comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet. Bargain last minute booking which was great for one night.

This was great for a one night stay but wouldn’t stay longer. Run down and small rooms but this is reflected in the low price.

When I arrived I realised I hadn't finished booking my room. They still had 3 rooms available at the time but the chap at reception kept saying if I paid £80 he can arrange a room for me and my daughter. I shown him the availability but he said it was wrong... I booked a room on booking.com in front of him for £38. This was more than likely the same room he would have put me in if I paid him £80 in cash... The shower was awful, I could spit quicker than what pressure that was at. Room was like a sauna and no fans provided. One of the worst places in Blackpool to stay.

The only thing decent about it was location

Very poor breakfast just beans toast asked for sausage and eggs didn't get eggs and the sausage was a hot dog sausage curtains hanging on string. Bad smell in bathroom like sh.t overtime we ran the water no coffee very disappointed will never recommend to anyone.

The guy giving us the key and things was lovely and tried his best to help.

The rooms advertised in the pictures and a million miles from what they actually. I’ve stayed here twice before and have the deluxe room which is lovely and looks as advertised. But the rest of the rooms are really not nice at all. I looked at 2 rooms and both smelt and were not very clean. The final room the friendly guy gave me was ok, but still not what is advertised on here. All the pictures need changing because I feel it is false advertising really.

It’s very dated old fashioned bedroom window would not lock the bathroom window was an antique very dirty frame inside so spoon in the bedroom for tea etc tv was not working the proprietary did not explain breakfast I’d only from 8 am till 9am
