Friendly staff. The gym. Space to work.

The location and the cleanliness of the place plus the staff are very courteous and very helpful when I need a ride going to the airport next day.

We didn't eat breakfast or eat at all at the location so can't really comment on the food - although it looked good when coming out of the bar area. We loved the pool area and gym facilities and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

We were two friends sharing a room and had been told that the club rooms had two double beds - this turned out not to be the case and we just shared one super king bed - which was actually fine but not what we were expecting. The glass, totally see-through, bathroom door that offered zero prvacy was amusing but I think is probably not the best idea you've ever had! I see that is due to natural light being available to the bedroom - but would prefer a dark room and a solid door please.

The staff were lovely, and the Starbucks was a bonuse

Our bedroom sick was badly blocked, we reported it but nothing happened. The bathroom door is also glass!!! So there is no privacy when you are on the toilet or in the shower. The stairs down to the pool were very wet and it smelt and the steam room smelt disgusting to the point we had to walk straight out also the hot tub was very temperamental and according to a few regulars is always broken.
