"not clean enough"

there were condom wrappers under the bed and the people upstairs were so loud and you could tell they hadn’t mopped the floors because they were sticky. when we went back into the room after being out most of the day there was some white liquid on the floor that wasn’t there before we left

"nice modern apartment, just needs some attention to the amenties"

nice open lounge/ kitchen area, comfortable beds, good location and nice decor

broken glass in the dishwasher, drains smelt, dirty linen left in the bedroom, insufficient toilet roll, no washing up liquid or dish cloths. couple of tea bags would have been nice and the doors need to be soft close as very very loud
