Excellent location, short walk to city centre of Leeds. Comfortable and warm modern family friendly accommodation. Good facilities with instructions.

The place is in a perfect spot for Leeds City centre and on the surface the place looks fantastic. Everything you need is there lots of space. Great if you don't sleep much or are a heavy sleeper.

The noise from upstairs is horrendous got no sleep whats so ever you can hear every step door bang chair move they make and every word they say ! And if they are up to the early hours of the morning don't expect to be able to get any sleep. On the surface the place looks fantastic then while your there you notice things like long womans hairs in the bed the floors leave your feet and socks black. The bathroom has black mould on the ceiling and tiles missing. The sofa is stained along with the cushions on the sofa. The throw blanket over the bed smelt like stale urine. There's nothing that can be done about the noise coming from upstairs as the floors are so thin but the rest is cosmetic and can be sorted just a bit more attention to detail from the cleaner and little DIY fixes and the place would be perfect except for noise.

Spacious 2 bedroom unit with comfy beds and v good shower pressure.

TV set was a bit backward. Sofa seat was a bit undone. A little bit of a walk to the city centre but it suited us as we wanted to be near the leeds university housing.

The apartment is very well furnished, has everything you need and true home from home. I stay in a lot of apartments with work and this is up there with the best. Will defiantly stay again. Great host as well.

Nothing negative to say, great all round experience. The apartment had everything you needed for a great stay.

Accommodation close to City Centre. Quiet area of the city.

Only two chairs at dining table.....no good when four people are booked to stay at the property.

The decking to the courtyard was much easier on my knees for leaving and entering apartment.

Bath was very slippery, few areas that needed some repairs, no coasters for putting cups on to avoid damage to coffee table

Very clean and comfortable. Nice and modern facilities. Staff very helpful and obliging. Very convenient. Only minutes walk to the centre of Leeds and a huge selection of food and retail outlets.

Some of the furnishings were cheap and some broken. Washing/drying machine did not work properly. This is a common issue with combined machine.
