The owner was very supportive and helpful for resolving the issues during my stay. The apartment was clean, and offered what you need for your stay.

It was a bit hard to find the apartment at first. There were some issues, such as the trash bin was full at my arrival, and the dish washer was not emptied! It gave a bad feeling if the apartment was really cleaned after the last guests! However, the owner reacted fast and took care about the trashes. During my stay, two times the electricity was intrupted, one was a general issue on the neighbourhood, and one time was due to apartment facilities! Again, the owner reasoned fast, and tried to solve the issues.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities were great.

The thin floors are a serious issue and the main reason my score is low. My partner barely got any sleep last night as the people upstairs were talking in the middle of the night and slamming doors. Please invest in door silencers.

My stay was perfect. The apartment was spotless, the necessities were already present (such as kitchen appliances or bathroom needs). I don't mind I haven't met the owner, since the communication went without any problem and the instructions were perfectly clear. It is also located in the nicer area of Leeds, near the University and just a nice walk away from the main train station and the city centre. There is also a small shop right in front of the apartment, which is a nice bonus. I recommend this accommodation.

Outside is scruffy and studenty with graffiti on walls. There was a dangerous wobbly bottom slate step. Lighting in sitting room was v bright overhead and couldn’t be set at a more ambient level. WiFi wasn’t working when I arrived and had to contact the agent. WiFi box had been changed but the info I was given was out of date. Asked for an invoice for the stay so I can reclaim the expense but it hasn’t been provided.

Location is very good, walking distance to the centre. Beds were comfy and it’s was spacious for 4 people.

It was very dirty, the sofa was filled with rubbish and hair, dust was thick everywhere and bathroom had other peoples hair. Stains on the floor. Really need to sort out the cleanliness. Also as it’s an apartment for 4 I did expect there to be 4 of everything such as glasses, cutlery and even chairs however there wasn’t enough for each guest. Struggled to sleep due to the sound of the upstairs apartment in the early hours.

Really great stay! Was here for a graduation, and it is a very short distance to get to both campus and the city centre, however the place is on a quiet road so it is still peaceful.The layout of the kitchen area and living room felt very spacious, and the bathroom was also very good. Also great value for money.

Some bits need touching up (such as some of the boards on kitchen units) however this is quite minor. Also had an issue with the entry card one time, however this was easily fixed by Nicky.

Good location, walking easily to city center. Spacious living room and kitchen. Parking the car on the property worked out with help from staff. Well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa.

Spiders and webs in every room. Missing a proper dining table. The spring loaded door closer on the bedroom was a pain, what’s the point of having it? Ventilating the bedrooms was a misery with the double windows and the blinds. Handheld shower head in the bath is badly missing.
