The Scott at Claremont Apartments

Location was perfect for an event @ the Faversham.

More than one key card would be helpful & someone contacted us on the Saturday at lunchtime asking us to stop playing loud music & having visitors. We were getting ready for a wedding so had a small Bluetooth speaker on & we had 3 apartments between our group & so were moving between apartments which I think caused someone to believe we were having some sort of party.

Location perfect with off-road parking, decor was great, spacious room. Would come back

Bed was 2 mattresses together, a little surprised about this

Excellent location, huge room with good facilities, an excellent concept having a quirky studio apartment with breakfast bar, sofas, kitchen facilities

Mattress requires replacement as worn out and lacking general maintenance both externally eg paintwork and rendering; internally eg blinds, unit lights and light bulbs, mattress and damp patches above window

Our second stay at this property and we like everything about it.

Beautiful architecture Perfect location Peaceful and cosy Black out curtains! Love that they provided a whisk and sieve in the kitchen!

Hard to find something negative… Despite how stunning the sofas are, not as comfy as anticipated as they don’t support my back as much..

This is our second stay at the Claremont . It’s an amazing old house divided into serviced apartments and in a great location for the city centre ( 10 minute walk) and the university. It is quiet and you can park . The Heaton is spacious a ground floor suite with large bed, sofas and well equipped kitchen . Very spacious and comfortable bed and well furnished .

The bathroom is too small and not very well lit or ventilated. Towels were too small and for a 3 day stay we could have done with more towels or fresh ones every other day. Personally I would ditch the slightly dusty fake plants -they are not great . Also , better to have light voile curtains than dark grey which cut out the light . Some noise from guests above on first night walking around at 2.30am !! It’s an old house .
