Opulent and stylish, very well presented apartment, high end fittings and highly comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities such as dishwasher. Large comfy bed, and good pillows. Bathroom ok but small. Great location, not far from Leeds City Centre/ civic precinct. Helpful staff.

Lighting- one bedside lamp no bulb, in sitting area, only very bright lightning.

very quiet, clean and comfortable with a homely feel and character, unlike so many apartments. Probably because it used to be a (Victorian) home. Pleasantly situated within walking distance of the city centre, although a bus service is nearby. Heating and TV easy to operate, again unlike so many apartments. Appliances mostly worked very well.

Thicker (blackout) curtains needed to keep out the early morning light. Hot water from the kitchen tap is a poor flow. Be careful with the shower control-water temperature fluctuates greatly with only a miniscule change to knob. Kitchen just needed a washing up sponge or brush.

The location and the comfortable bed

Tied decor, dirty crockery, dirty microwave, dusty floor throughout, bathroom tiles need a good scrub, broken cafeteria, paper shoved under the table to stop it rocking, lights not working, small shower head broken and water spurting out all over the place, Large shower blocked holes no hook on shower door. Paint peeling. Message sent to housekeeper who questioned what cleanliness to only apologies for the dirty microwave. No Parking, yet plenty of space all weekend could have offered a slot to soften the blow of how poor the accommodation was. No alternatives to where to park. What a difference 5 years makes

Modern and spacious in an ideal area close to Leeds Uni and my work! Really comfortable bed and great shower. Really appreciated the ground coffee and cafetiere.
