The Scott at Claremont Apartments

Spacious apartment close to city centre. Staff were very helpful.

Bed was uncomfortable.

The location was spot on.the apartment was very big and very comfortable.the bed was lovely too.we have stayed here before but in 2 other apartments we love it

It was very warm and I asked if they had a fan but no one got back to me.there was no tea towel to wipe the pots either

Internet didn’t work and curtains are see through.

Easy walk into the centre. Quiet. Interesting building.

Not enough crockery, kitchen equipment etc.

Off road parking Room has the wow factor when you walk in. Everything you need is there. Offered a late check-out. Nice location.

Mattress needed replacing as it was worn out.we were given a couple of quilts as they couldn't replace the Mattress in time Bathroom to small,toilet is up against the wall and nowhere to store towels. Blackout curtains were broken, so i couldn't open them.

My bed was not made when I first got there. I called and was told housekeeping had gone and would be called back. I wasn't called back so had to make my own bed. Ridiculous. The table in the room also had uncleaned sauce stains. The wifi barely worked. The towel to put on the floor whilst showering was also stained.
