Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma

We stayed at this hotel last year in June as a couple and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to come back this year and bring our family with us. Once again, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The service is outstanding. All employees are incredibly friendly and always do their best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. A special thank you to Ayman, our housekeeper, who kept our room spotless every day and was always kind and cheerful. We would also like to thank Samuel from the animation team, who was always friendly and enthusiastic. A big appreciation goes to Mohammed Tag, and Yahya from the lifeguard team for their great service and positive attitude. The bar staff were fantastic as well, always making sure we had our drinks and taking good care of us. In fact, every member of the staff worked hard to make us feel at home throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel remains highly recommended. We had another amazing holiday and will definitely consider returning again in the future.

Excellent Holiday .Beautiful hotel .All of the Restaurants were very good .The staff were all so friendly had a wonderful relaxing week .Only one comment i would like to add think its a shame you have to pay for mini bar and coffee pods seams a bit petty ? Our room Boy room 1234 Fahim was excellent and is a credit to your Hotel All of the staff at the swim up pool bar Hussan , Mohamed x2 , Robbie Williams look alike ! Waiters Husin Ahmed Alli Karem All of the staff were excellent not an unhappy face anywhere service at top enterntaiment bar very good . The Entertainment was to a very high standard enjoyed all the shows . The General Manger Manuel and Asst Manager George run this hotel superbly Would love to return

We really like the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms are cleaned very well, in particular we would like to thank the employee Islam for maintaining the rooms at such a high level.

Auskunft der Mitarbeitenden bezüglich der Lebensmittel (Pasteurisiert Milchprodukte?!, unterschiedliche Auskünfte), Plastikbecher am Strand welche mit Leitungswasser einfach abgespült werden
