The Motifs Eco Hotel

I spent 3 nights at Motif Eco Hotel and absolutely loved my experience. I felt so good with the hotel's vibe and the city's atmosphere that I even decided to extend my stay for an extra night! It’s an impeccably clean establishment with excellent value for money. Even before I arrived, the team was exceptional. I had some health issues and an important meeting, and they did everything to make my life easier: they assigned me a room with very stable Wi-Fi and even let me use a meeting room for free. When my phone had trouble connecting, the entire staff stepped in to help with incredible kindness. What I loved: The Staff: Whether it was the front desk, the cleaning ladies, or the night guard, everyone is exceptionally kind. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The Room: Very comfortable bedding, a Smart TV with YouTube, and great water pressure in the shower. Towels are changed daily. The Vibe: The hotel is quiet, eco-friendly, and has lovely common areas to relax. Chanthaburi itself is full of hidden gems and cute spots to discover for those who enjoy Slow Life and peaceful rest. Location: You can reach the Waterfront in 15 minutes on foot. There’s a park nearby for walks, and it’s very easy to call a Grab. Recommendations: Thanks to the hotel’s tips, I discovered amazing cafes and restaurants to eat and work from.

A few notes for travelers: There were occasional faint sewer smells in the bathroom (likely due to city pipes) and a small oversight with the bath mat one day, but nothing that spoiled my stay. One small suggestion: updating the baseboards in the bathroom that have darkened over time would better reflect the spotless cleanliness of the rest of the room.

Un sans faute. Très bel hôtel. Beau mariage du veut et du bois. Eau chaude, lit très confortable, au calme. Très bien situé. La ville est sympa à se balader, tour en scooter dans les environs. Un beau séjour de 3 jours. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Eau distribuée chaque jour. Nettoyage des chambres sur demande. Bon wifi. Personnels à la réception et pour le ménage top ! 🙏

Mettre du thé au petit déjeuner et dans les chambres serait un plus. J’ai vu des vélos mais. Ils doivent en louer. Réserver le scooter la veille pour éviter d’attendre le jour même.

Hôtel très propre et bien agencé, proche du marché central mais un peu éloigné du fleuve mais avec un scooter à 5mn, Personnel très sympa, Wifi ok

What a lovely hotel! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was really nice, clean and simple but had everything you needed. The beds were comfy and the design was elegant. I'd definitely recommend staying here! The location is great too, I'd recommend using grabs to get to places though as the roads aren't the best for walking, it's taken over a lot by vehicles but you will never have a problem getting a grab within minutes!

Nothing really, only thing I'd say that if you're a light sleeper then if you have one of the rooms facing the road it can be a little loud, but it never bothered me as I'm a heavy sleeper!
