Wonderful safe location, very clean, access to filtered water, pleasant hotel staff, new linens and towels every day

Las instalaciones en general muy buenas, muy limpio y ordenados los espacios. Las camas muy cómodas, el aire funcionaba perfecto y el el aseo diario de las habitaciones excelente. Muy gentilmente nos guardaron las maletas antes del check in. El personal muy atento, pendiente de ti 24 horas. El servicio de lavandería excelente y económico. El desayuno en general es rico. El parqueadero es seguro y cómodo para carros grandes
La ubicación es conveniente cerca al centro, pero no es la zona más agradable. La vajilla (mugs) de las habitaciones están un poco quebrados y deberían ser remplazados. El desayuno no debes dejar para ir a última hora porque se acaban las cosas

La situation geographique, lit comfortable, grande television, salle de bain spacieuse, gentillesse du personnel, bon cafe dans la chambre (2 par jour) et dans le lobby 24/24. Plusieurs petits salon repartis dans l’hotel et sur les stages.
Les déjeuners inclus sont minimalistes et répétitifs (œufs brouillés sans saveur, pains rôti les 3 premiers jours et après aucun pendant 5 jours. Les autres plats proposés sont pour les Mexicains (viandes en sauce piquante, nachos, ect, non adaptés aux touristes. rarement des bananes, quelques très petites pâtisserie, café infecte. Salle à manger très petite et bruyante. Manque de tables, il faut parfois attendre. Il y aurait de la place pour un ajouter à l’intérieur et plusieurs dans le grand passage juste avant la salle à manger. Plusieurs familles mexicaines nombreuses qui laissent leur porte de chambre ouverte et parlent fort même très tôt le matin et très tard le soir.
