The room was spacious, both for the bed and the bathroom. The place to put our luggage not on the ground but a little bit elevated area is a nice touch. The accessibility of the room is also appreciated. The AC worked perfectly and we used it lightly.

The door of the shower is just misplaced, and all the water of the shower is just going into the room, you need to put a towel outside the shower door to prevent the water to be in the bathroom. The placement of the shower head is also in the middle of the shower, which is unusual for us, so when you open the water at arm length, you actually are under the shower and get rinse by cold water. And the door of the bathroom is a sliding door, that is also misaligned, and slide back to open position when closed. Basically you can't close it. As for the hotel food, i ordered one time, and won't. Price is almost double to what the city offer, and it look there is no effort at all. The hamburger bun was "compressed", the cheese was slapped without being melted, and the salad in it was "old". The french fries was not enough cooked. I was very sad. And we were having a room in front of the street, the street is VERY busy. Even with the provided ear plugs from the staff, it was hard to be asleep the whole night.

El buen personal, siempre atendiendo a cualquier duda, lo limpio que siempre se encontraban las habitaciones y el lugar

Que deberían de tener al menos un pequeño refrigerador para las bebidas y se mantengan frías

Todos super amables, me encantó la cercanía de lugares turísticos y el metro, realmente es un lugar súper céntrico y las habitaciones muy cómodas, el baño limpio, la ducha excelente para un baño relajante, el desayuno muy rico aunque deberían agregar un poquito más de variedad pero todo con un gran sabor, volveré en mi próxima visita a CDMX

Ubicación, personal muy atento y servicial

La única pega o inconveniente es que el salón para desayunar/comer es algo pequeño y la gente tenía que esperar fuera a que hubiera alguna mesa libre El suelo del comedor es de moqueta/alfombra y si cae comida se ve sucio y es dificil de limpiar

La limpieza y que tenia aire acondicionado pero esta muy retirado de la ALAMEDA y gaste mucho en taxi
