Tabist Nisseiya Beppu Kannawa

鉄輪温泉のど真ん中に位置し、温泉街気分を味わえました。一番良かったのが温泉の質です。とても柔らかく肌にしっとりと馴染みました。できれば毎日入りたいぐらいでした。別府市で色々な温泉に入りましたが、ここのお宿の温泉が一番気持ちよく肌に馴染みました。宿は古いですがその古さもレトロな感じで趣がありました。

今回2回目の宿泊となります。 スタッフの方親切丁寧で感じ良く、何よりキッチンがあり、自分で地獄蒸しができるところが大変気に入っております。好きなものを買って、蒸して、家族みんな大満足です。立地も良く、歩いていける範囲に地元の温泉があるので便利です。

Der Wirt war sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig. Im Onsen gab es sogar eine Sauna.

The front desk staff was kind enough to wait an extra 10 minutes for me, as requested, since my bus was delayed. He was also patient and gave me a detailed explanation of how everything worked, along with some helpful local recommendations. The room was relatively small, but I had no issues — I slept comfortably and even enjoyed the onsen in the morning before check-out. The hotel’s location was fairly central, and I was able to walk to izakayas and convenience stores, even later in the evening.

The accommodation had a "check-in by 9 PM" policy, which can be inconvenient if you’re arriving in Beppu later in the day, as I was. Some of the hotel’s facilities felt a bit dated and could use some updates.

Nice location from Kannawa bus stop and walking distance to Hells. Very friendly owner, demonstrated how to use facilities and steam cooker. Room is simple with balcony and large window to view Beppu.

The steam pipes can be loud but not too bad.

It's the perfect location. Very close to many great onsens and the Hells. The owner was extremely friendly and took time to explain how to use the steamers to cook food. The room was small but comfortable.

I'm not sure what it was.. the machinery? It was so noisy outside at night that I needed earplugs to sleep.
