front desk clerk was welcoming, efficient, and friendly, as was the housekeeper, a genuinely friendly and nice man. Your staff is excellent!

I would def stay in this property again. It’s close to the harbor and restaurants and walkable to shopping plus has an indoor pool, lots of parking and very affordable.

Clean and silent. Only breakfast is poor

For the price you have a nice experience. In the middle of cape cod, lots of malls. Water side is minutes away! Good service and breakfast was always different everyday.

Hotel is clean and accessible. There’s a lot of restaurants within 10-15 mins walk

We travel a lot and have stayed in many budget hotels, but I have never left a review like this begore. As soon as you step into the hall the smell was overwhelming....mind you it was a disinfectant type smell, but the halls and rooms really reeked. The beds were hard as a rock. There was only 2 outlets to plug in chargers, etc. The furniture was in terrible condition...remnants of old stickers. Tons of scratches and lots of chipped paint. Looked like something you'd find on the side of the road. Windows and sills were dirty as well. Not happy to pay over $100 a night for such a rundown and smelly room.
