Very nice room

Coffee maker didn’t work

The staff were helpful. Steven the bartender was great. He loves his job and people and gives tips on places to go in town. The location is not far from things downtown. The rooms are comfortable. They provide you with water if you need it which is nice. The breakfast selection gets changed daily so guests don't get bored.

It sucks you have to pay for parking in the lot. If you don't use the parking lot you have to pay for street parking. Wish they had a hot tub. The indoor pool is pleasant, but a hot tub would get more use by adults especially during the winter months. They don't do daily room cleaning.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location was very convenient, many of the downtown attractions within walking distance, yet we had quick access to the freeway. The room had a kitchen and the parking access was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

The parking wasn’t free $19 but it was very close and easy to get in and out of so I feel like it was a great value for downtown.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms decent size, comfortable and clean. Out stay was impacted by the plane crash at nearby Louisville airport and a lockdown of downtown in the aftermath so we weren’t able to get out and explore the city as we would have wished but it was fine to stay at the hotel and use the facilities.

The bartender was amazing! Very friendly, accommodating, and the room looked nice.

The price of the hotel, the fee for parking that we were unaware of, the upcharge on the card because "the system doesn't take scents". Our cost was $254 and some change and we were charged $260 it doesn't make sense as to why it had to round up to that amount. We took a group of students and the fact that it cost us almost $300 for one room was insane!
